These terms apply to screeenterprise.com.au and to quotes or sales of the Scree Enterprise appliance by Scree (“we”, “us”) of Cheltenham, Victoria.

This website

The site is product information. Nothing here is a binding offer until we confirm a quote in writing. Features and availability can change.

The appliance

A sale is for the hardware and software we quote. It is an on-prem gateway. You are responsible for how it is installed, who can reach the portal, and changing the factory password on first login.

Support

Phone and email support are provided as agreed in the quote. We do not promise the appliance will block every threat or replace an upstream carrier service.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing here limits rights you cannot lawfully exclude. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss from use of this site or the appliance.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and product materials are owned by Scree or its licensors.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
